New Look & Feel
In an effort to enhance our online banking delivery to you, we are upgrading the look and feel of our EasyLink online banking.  As of January 17th, when you log into EasyLink, the site will look a bit different – slightly different colors, more distinct navigation – which should enhance your user experience.

My EasyLink & My Bill Pay
In addition, you now have the option to customize your starting page by setting up My EasyLink and My Bill Pay, enabling you to create a dashboard style view of the options or payments you frequently use.  As in the sample below, you can configure the landing page to include quick snapshots of your accounts and recent transactions or quickly set up a transfer.  If you prefer not to change your start page, you can leave it as it is.

Security Upgrades for Commercial Cash Management

Cybercrime has expanded as more customers migrate to using online channels to conduct their business. The threat is real and in most cases attacks are very sophisticated. Cyber criminals are using a variety of online and offline means to capture customer information such as usernames, passwords, and challenge questions/answers.  In some cases, they can even highjack the user’s computer so that the criminal will appear to be the end-user.

Chain Bridge Bank is committed to providing a secure online platform so that you can feel comfortable using it.  The dual log-in process is just one layer in protecting you from online theft.  We are now working to enhance our login process so that Cash Management users can access the system with a more convenient user-specific, single sign-on without losing any measure of security.  We will accomplish this by adding another level of protection with the introduction of Verisign security tokens.  These tokens will display an ever-changing number that rotates every thirty seconds.  You will be prompted to enter this number when you log in or send wires, ACH, or bill payments.  All users will have the option of choosing a physical token or a virtual token installed on your computer or mobile device.   Secure tokens provide a layer of protection that significantly reduces the risk of an unauthorized user accessing your account.
