WHAT IS CBB MOBILE BANKING?

CBB Mobile is a mobile application similar to your online banking experience with the ability to check your balances, transfer between accounts, and pay bills to existing vendors. 

HOW CAN I ENROLL IN MOBILE BANKING? 

You must be a client at Chain Bridge Bank and already signed up for online banking. You can download CBB Mobile at the Apple App store or the Google Play store depending on your access device. You would then use your existing online banking username and password to login to CBB Mobile.

Apple iOS (10.1+)

Android (5.0+)

WHAT IS CHAIN BRIDGE BANK MOBILE DEPOSIT? 

CBB Mobile Deposit is a service that allows you to deposit checks directly into your Chain Bridge Bank savings or checking accounts by taking a picture of your check with your iOS or Android device.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF USING CBB MOBILE DEPOSIT?

CBB Mobile Deposit allows you to securely deposit checks into your account anytime and anywhere, reducing trips to the bank and saving you time and expenses.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN CBB MOBILE DEPOSIT?

There are few ways to enroll.

1. Download the app and self-enroll.

2. Complete the application located here and our one of our team member will assist you in the enrollment process. You can expect to receive notification of enrollment within 24 hours.

3. You can visit our branch and a representative can assist in the enrollment process.

What are the costs and limits to use CBB MOBILE DEPOSIT?
 

Consumer: 

  • Daily dollar amount***: $2,500
  • Number of checks***: 40
  • Monthly dollar amount***: $25,000 

Business: 

  • Daily dollar amount***: $5,000
  • Number of checks***: 100
  • Monthly dollar amount***: $50,000

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE CHECK AFTER IT HAS BEEN DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT?

After you have successfully deposited the check into your account, you should properly store the original items and take appropriate measures to ensure they are not deposited a second time. Within sixty (60) days after confirmation of the deposit you should shred or otherwise destroy all original items.

WHAT ARE THE CUTOFF TIMES FOR DEPOSITS MADE WITH CBB MOBILE DEPOSIT?

Deposits made by 7 P.M. will be credited to your bank account at the end of the banking day. Every day is a banking day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.

CAN I USE MOBILE BANKING FOR MY CASH MANAGEMENT ONLINE BANKING?

Yes, you can view your balances, make transfers, pay bills to vendors already setup in your online banking, approve a wire to be sent, or initiate an ACH batch that has been set up online. However, you cannot set up a new wire or a new ACH batch for security reasons. WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE AN IMAGE OF THE CHECK I DEPOSITED?

Yes. You will be able to review the images of deposits made on your mobile device for five (5) days. Like all deposited images, these deposits will also be available in conventional online banking the day after you make the deposit.

WHICH ACCOUNTS CAN I MAKE DEPOSITS INTO?

You can make deposits into your Chain Bridge Bank Checking or Savings account.

CAN I DEPOSIT A CANADIAN OR OTHER FOREIGN CHECK?

No. Canadian or Foreign checks need to be presented for collection in person.

HOW IS MY INFORMATION KEPT SECURE?

In addition to requiring your username and password, we use SSL Encryption as an added layer of security. We require that you protect your login information and do not share it or make it accessible to others. Do not allow others to perform transaction for you, and periodically change your password by logging into www.chainbridgebank.com. For your protection, we highly recommend you password protect your mobile device. If at any time you feel your account may have been compromised please contact us immediately.

WHAT IS THE CUTOFF TIME FOR TRANSFERS MADE THROUGH MOBILE BANKING?

Transfers requested after 9:00 P.M. will be posted to your account on the next banking day. Every day is a banking day except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
