Emily Manbeck serves as the Vice President, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Counsel of Chain Bridge Bancorp, Inc. and Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. Emily supports the Bank’s legal and corporate governance functions, providing legal counsel on a broad range of matters including banking regulations, corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and compliance.
Prior to joining the Bank, she served as Assistant General Counsel at Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed), where she advised on information security, third-party vendor contracting, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Manbeck earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she served as Articles Editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from Georgetown University. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
