Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. provides trustee and other fiduciary administration services nationwide, including service as sole trustee, co-trustee, successor trustee, directed trustee, or agent for trustee where appointed. These services are provided under trust powers granted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and are administered under governing documents and applicable law.

Responsibilities May Include
Depending on the fiduciary appointment and governing document, responsibilities may include administration, reporting, and coordination functions over time.

Fiduciary Roles
Sole Trustee
We administer the full scope of trustee responsibilities as defined in the trust agreement, including discretionary decisions where authorized.
Co-Trustee
We serve alongside another trustee, often a family member or attorney, to allocate responsibilities and provide continuity and professional administration.
Successor Trustee
We step in upon a triggering event, such as incapacity or death, to maintain consistent trust administration.
Directed Trustee
We perform custodial and administrative duties while investment discretion is exercised by an external advisor, as provided in the trust agreement.
Agent for Trustee
We assist individual trustees with accounting, reporting, and administrative coordination while authority remains with the named trustee.
