Manage Your Debit Card
Clients can now change the status of their debit card from a mobile device or through online banking. The card can be activated, suspended (frozen), or marked as lost or stolen.
Here is how to set up:
- Log in to the online banking portal: https://online.chainbridgebank.com
- Click options
- Click ATM/debit card
- Activate the card or mark the card as lost/stolen
- If reporting a card as lost or stolen, contact the banking office at clientservice@chainbridgebank.com or call
703-748-3430 to receive a replacement card.
