Statements

Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. provides electronic statements service (eStatements) to all clients. Statements are emailed each month and accessible though the Online Banking and Treasury Management portals. Additional recipients such as accountants and tax professionals may be added and granted access upon enrollment.

After enrollment, accountholders will receive eStatements beginning in the following month. Statements for the period before enrollment are provided upon request.

Below are the instructions for enrolling in eStatements through each portal.

Online Banking

From the Dashboard, select your name in the bottom left corner;
Select Settings.
Under Accounts, select Chain Bridge Bank, N.A.
Select an account;
Under Documents, select Advanced Settings;
Enter your email and security phrase;
Enter eDocs for the passcode;
Read the disclosure before accepting the terms and conditions then select Enroll Now.

Treasury Management

From the Dashboard, select Reporting in the upper-righthand corner;
Select Electronic Documents.
Enter your email and security phrase;
Enter eDocs for the passcode;
Read the disclosure before accepting the terms and conditions then select Enroll Now.
