The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) is a federal law that encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the communities they serve, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound banking operations. The Bank’s primary federal regulator periodically examines and rates that performance under one of four ratings: Outstanding, Satisfactory, Needs to Improve, or Substantial Noncompliance.

In its most recent public CRA Performance Evaluation, dated February 24, 2025, Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. received an overall rating of Outstanding. This rating reflects that evaluation and remains in effect until the Bank’s regulator completes and publishes a subsequent evaluation.
