Jennifer serves as the Vice President, Fiduciary Officer & Estate Planning Strategist of the Trust and Wealth Department, where she helps clients navigate estate strategy, trust administration and complex fiduciary considerations with clarity and compassion.
Prior to joining the Bank, Jennifer practiced with Odin Feldman & Pittleman, P.C., where she advised individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses in estate planning, special needs, elder law, and fiduciary administration. She has been recognized for her ability to translate intricate legal and regulatory frameworks into practical, values-driven guidance.
Alongside her fiduciary work, Jennifer teaches health law and special needs planning, helping future citizen lawyers practice with both precision and purpose. She directs the Elder & Disability Law Clinic at William & Mary Law School and teaches courses in advanced trusts and estates and health law at William & Mary and George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the NAELA Journal and is an active member of the Special Needs Alliance.
Jennifer earned her theology degree from Mount St. Mary's University and her law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and holds the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) designation.
