Joanna R. Williamson, CPA, is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Ms. Williamson joined the Bank in August 2015 as Vice President and Controller. In January 2018, she was appointed Treasurer of the Company and later assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. In January 2023, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Bank. As of January 2024, she holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In June 2026, she was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank, continuing in her role as Chief Financial Officer.
