Nerin (Lei) Hu, PMP, serves as Vice President and Deputy Director of Operations at Chain Bridge Bank, N.A., where she supports enterprise operational oversight, process optimization, and regulatory preparedness. She brings more than twenty years of experience in financial services, consulting, and operational risk management, including leadership roles in control design, cross-functional initiative execution, and federal regulatory exam coordination.
