Rebecca Pattillo serves as the Senior Credit Analyst & Portfolio Manager at Chain Bridge Bank, N.A., where she specializes in structuring and managing complex C&I, CRE, Private Banking, and SBA credit relationships.
Prior to joining the Bank, Rebecca held leadership roles at Broadway National Bank, where she managed multi-regional portfolios, mentored junior analysts, and supported large commercial credit exposures. Her background also includes key contributions to SBA Paycheck Protection Program implementation and credit policy enhancements at prior institutions.
Rebecca holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is currently completing an Executive MBA in Banking & Financial Institutions at Sam Houston State University. Rebecca remains actively engaged in financial education, volunteering with Junior Achievement to support youth financial literacy since 2016.
